Meet Your Guides
Ariane Williams, BSN, RN
Director of Patient Care Services
I can appreciate the struggles of chronic burnout. Fatigued, disconnected, overwhelmed, insomniac, hyper-reactive…that was me. I was also drinking about a bottle of wine a night for a over a decade. I would get off an ER shift and hit the local cantina to drown in beers on a regular basis.
I was able to shift all of that and come back into balance after exploring alternative modalities that included microdosing. I was able to come off the antidepressants I had been on for 15 yrs, quit drinking, and start living my life again. I feel more connected with myself and my family and have much healthier habits and coping skills. Microdosing has been a major tool that has supported me over the past 4 years. It has brought me great joy to share this healing modality with others over the past 3 years.

Founder of Trusted Canna Nurse
My entire life changed when I started microdosing in a group program with Ariane, back in 2023. I was worried about it “messing up my brain.” Little did I know that microdosing would not only help me get through grad school with a 4.0, but it would help me be a better parent, find joy in my work, and have the confidence to offer this amazing program to other nurses.

F.A.Q.
Microdosing is taking small, sub-perceptual doses of various types of substances, such as mushrooms, cannabis, or other plant medicines.
Microdoses are not impairing, however, we always recommend taking your first dose on a day off so you know how it affects you.
We completely understand the irratic schedule of a nurse, which is why we’re offering 2 different times during the week for the meetings. Meetings are encouraged, but not required. We’ve found that the ones who attend at least once a week get more out of their microdosing experience than those who don’t attend any meetings.
Microdoses are not tested for on a standard UDS.
Unlike other substances, mushrooms carry virtually no risk of addiction or dependence. In fact, many studies (including our own) support the use of mushrooms for overcoming many addictions, including alcoholism, problematic cannabis use, and more.
